Went to see my sweet Aunt Edith today. I'll have to get a picture of her. She and Mom look like sisters. It's nice to be with her. We went to Chin Wah for lunch. My brother David came over this morning on his bike. I can't believe he rides that far. (Way to go Dave!) Blair is off working and Sheila is playing Wii play, she likes fishing, shooting, and riding the bulls.

We had a little bit of fun at the splash park yesterday, then lunch at Heidi's. Just a few cute pictures.

Walking

It's sure nice to take a walk every morning. It has been fun and getting easier. The first 2 or 3 days were hard to get going. I got me a pedometer and this morning my walk was 2.5 miles. That's a good start. Sheila rides her bike every day. Hopefully we can burn a few calories and then pounds.
