So I went to Kansas City to see Chuck, Eliza and Jack.
Heidi, Benjamin and James were with me. We saw many beautiful sights. The WWI memorial, Far West, Adam Ondi Ahman, Nauvoo and Carthage. It was a great experience, many touching moments for me.

Mothers...

I'm grateful for my Moms, Grandmas and Aunts. I'm grateful for all you sweet sisters, daughters, nieces, and friends that are all special mothers, nurturers, and examples. I love you all. Keep up the GREAT work!

Walking...

I just started walking. Heidi and Blair have inspired me. They're getting skinny and I'm still me. So, yesterday I went for a nice 45 minute walk with my friend Linda. Today, we went for 1 hour and 5 minutes. I was huffing and puffing, and hopefully that will get better the more we walk. It felt real good and the world is so beautiful and the air is so clean. The birds were singing, people were out doing yard work. It was good. I loved it!
