Christmas...

What a busy week we have had. Last night Blair and I got to go to the Conference Center for "Ring Christmas Bells". They had 5 high school bell choirs join with them and we saw one of our neighbors. I loved the performance. Edward Herrmann, who was the father on Gilmore Girls gave two readings and they were so powerful. Brian Mitchell was the guest singer and he was fabulous. I had a hard time getting myself there, but I'm so glad I went. I've missed a lot of activities in my life because of my phobias. We finally put up a few decorations. I had Sheila and Benji help me. What a good job they did decorating the trees.

A thought from the Church News

"As you overcome adversity in your life, you will become stronger. Then you will be better able to help others - those who are working, in their turn, to find a safe harbor from the storms that rage about them."
Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin, April 2002 General Conference
